Dacor no longer makes coffee machines, and this is not a guess based on an absent product page — it is confirmed by the current dacor.com product index, which lists cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing categories but no coffee-machine category at all.
The platform that existed, and why it stopped
Dacor’s coffee system was the CM24P (plumbed) and CM24T (tank-fed) Automatic Coffee System, a 24-inch built-in unit documented in an official Use and Care Manual with full-sentence error messages rather than codes. No evidence in this research shows Dacor redesigned this platform after the Samsung acquisition — the same CM24P/CM24T family continued to be supported through parts channels into the Samsung era, but no successor model under the current Modernist, Contemporary, or Transitional naming was ever introduced. The category appears to have simply been dropped.
What this means if yours needs repair
Because there is no current-generation Dacor coffee machine, a failed CM24P or CM24T cannot be swapped for a same-brand direct replacement the way a failed oven or range typically can. Repair remains possible where genuine parts are available through trusted parts suppliers, and the platform’s error messages — full sentences like “Flow Meter Error” or “Error – Coffee Temperature” — are specific enough to point a technician toward the right component without needing a code table.
Weighing repair against replacement with another brand
Since there is no Dacor successor to compare against, this decision genuinely comes down to the cost of the repair itself against the cost and disruption of replacing the unit with a different manufacturer’s built-in coffee system, including whatever cabinetry or plumbing changes a different footprint might require. A straightforward mechanical problem — the grounds bin not seating, or the front panel not closing — is worth fixing regardless. A confirmed compressor-adjacent or major electrical failure is where the comparison becomes worth having with a technician directly.

We continue to service the CM24P and CM24T platform using genuine OEM parts sourced through trusted suppliers where available. Because every problem indicator on this platform is a plain message rather than a code, write down the exact on-screen wording before calling — “Machine Ready – Drawer Out” and “Xxxxxx Group Error” describe two very different situations, and the exact phrasing tells a technician what to expect before the visit.
When to book service versus when to replace
A grounds-bin or front-panel message, or a milk-cleaning or group-cleaning prompt, resolves without a technician at all. A persistent “Flow Meter Error” after confirming the water connection, or either temperature-related error message, is worth an experienced technician’s assessment before deciding between repair and replacement.
