Seven of Dacor’s twelve product categories — rangetops, range hoods, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, column refrigeration and wine columns — publish no fault code of any kind. Their manuals document the same failures in plain English, or as a named alarm in the app, and never as a number on the glass.
That absence is where she does her most useful work. The code tables circulating online for a Dacor range hood or a wine column are in no Dacor document; one of them is the wall-oven table with the label swapped. Lucy will not repeat an uncited code to fill a page, and she says so on the page instead — which is why our refrigeration and ventilation content reads nothing like everyone else’s.
She writes our refrigeration, wine, hood and microwave content, and keeps the two Dacor code eras apart: a Legacy F-code and a Samsung-era C-code are not translations of each other.
