A platform Dacor no longer sells
The Dacor Automatic Coffee System, sold as the plumbed CM24P and CM24P-1 and the tank-fed CM24T and CM24T-1, never used alphanumeric codes at all — every condition appears as a full-sentence message on its own display. Dacor’s current products index carries no coffee-machine category and no successor model, so this is a genuinely discontinued line, not a gap in our research.
What the messages report
The message “Machine Ready – Drawer Out” means the used-grounds bin is not seated properly and disables the buttons until it is; “System Off – Front Panel Open” means the front door needs closing; “Flow Meter Error” means no water reached the tank on a CM24T-1 or the water supply is not connected on a CM24P-1; “Timeout Filling Up Broiler” points at a boiler-fill problem; and “Error – Coffee Temperature” or “Error – Steam Temperature” both call for service outright. “Please Milk Clean” and “Clean Group” are routine reminders, not faults.
When to call
A drawer or panel message clears on its own once the door or bin is reseated; a temperature or flow-meter message that persists needs an experienced technician, and because the platform is discontinued, sourcing the correct genuine OEM or trusted-supplier part takes longer than it would on a current line.
